Online Reputation Management Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team at Champak’s Head Office in Delhi as a Online Reputation Management Executive. In this role, you will spend 2-3 hours daily resolving customer complaints received through email, website, and social media platforms. Additionally, you will engage in telecalling to manage customer renewals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our subscribers. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in customer service, complaint handling, or telecalling.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve customer complaints via email, website, and social media (2-3 hours/day).
  • Make outbound calls to customers to assist with subscription renewals.
  • Maintain records of complaints and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or complaint handling preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in email, social media, and CRM systems.
