Get ready for some hands-on fun! In this activity, you’ll turn simple paper shapes into a bright yellow duck that can flap and fly. Follow the steps, use your craft skills, and watch your ducky come alive in your hands.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Googly eyes
  • Coloured paper (yellow and orange)
  • Glue
  • Scissors

DO:

  1. Cut a triangle, 2 circles and 3 strips from the yellow paper. Fold the triangle and one strip into half. 
  2. Stick everything together to make the body of the bird. Attach the rectangular strip on the sides for handles. Stick googly eyes and orange beak.
  3. Make cut to show feathers on the tail and wings.
