Mango season is here, and it’s time to get creative! In this tasty activity, you’ll turn juicy mangoes into fun treats like a Mango chip Cake, crispy mango sandwich, and even a mango burger. These no-cook recipes are easy to make and perfect for experimenting with flavours and textures.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Mango
  • Choco chips
  • Cake
  • Marshmallows
  • Cornflakes
  • Wafer chocolate

DO:

Open ‘Mangochip’ Cake

  1. Place a slice of cake on a plate.

  2. Cut a big slice of mango and dice it into small cubes.

  3. Place the entire big mango slice as-is on top of the cake slice to give it a dome-like effect.

  4. Top it off with choco chips or nuts.

  5. Your Open ‘Mangochip’ Cake is ready!

Crispy Mango Sandwich

      1. Take two biscuits of your choice.

      2. Place one biscuit at the bottom. Top it with mangoes and crispy chocolate wafer.

      3. Place the other biscuit on top and enjoy your crispy mango sandwich!

Burger'aam'a

  1. Cut two thick slices of mango.

  2. On the bottom slice, add marshmallows, choco chips and cornflakes for that extra crunch!(Other options: greek yogurt, berries and nuts.)

  3. Place the other mango slice on top.

  4. Your yummy mango burger is ready to dig in!
