Customer Acquisition Manager, Champak

Role Overview: The Customer Acquisition Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the acquisition and re-acquisition of customers for Champak’s subscription business. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals. This role requires expertise in social media marketing, WhatsApp marketing, tele- marketing and subscription-based business models.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning – Develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition and re-acquisition strategy aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Social Media Marketing – Oversee the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize strategies.
  • WhatsApp Marketing – Utilize WhatsApp as a channel for customer engagement and promotion. Develop targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach and convert potential subscribers.
  • Subscription Marketing – Implement effective subscription marketing techniques to drive monthly growth in the subscription business. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and offers that resonate with the target audience.
  • Team Management – Lead and manage a team of tele-marketers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and achievement.
  • Complaint Resolution – Establish and manage a dedicated complaint resolution cell to address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting – Utilize data analytics to track and measure the performance of customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition and subscription marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, WhatsApp, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving monthly subscription growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably in subscription-based businesses.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related areas is a plus.
