Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Curriculum and Educational Materials Developer with a background in early childhood education and publishing. This role requires a passionate individual who can independently create engaging curriculum and supplementary educational materials for pre-primary children, incorporating Montessori principles, phonics, and innovative teaching techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum and Materials Development:
  • Independently design and develop innovative and age-appropriate curriculum and supplementary educational materials for pre-primary children, including books, digital content, teaching aids, worksheets, and more.
  • Ensure that all materials align with current educational standards and the needs of young learners.
• Collaboration with Editors and Designers:
  • Work closely with editors to ensure that content aligns with educational goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and engaging educational materials.
• Innovation and Creativity:
  • Infuse creativity and innovation into the development of educational resources, making learning fun and engaging for children.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of developed materials and curriculum.
  • Gather feedback from educators and experts to make necessary improvements.
• Professional Development:
  • Stay updated on early childhood best practices.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience (8-10 years minimum) in independently teaching and creating early educational curriculum and supplementary materials.
• Strong knowledge of phonics-based teaching methods.
• Innovative and creative mindset with a strong passion for creating engaging educational materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to early childhood education and fostering a love for learning in young children.
