HR Executive (Champak Team, Delhi Press)

About the Role: 

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join the Champak team at Delhi Press. The ideal candidate can be a fresher who is interested and has confidence in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement and in building a robust team for Champak in Editorial, Sales, Marketing and Finance. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about HR operations and eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

– Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and resume screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
– Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
– Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
– Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.

  1. Performance Management & Employee Support:

– Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback and maintaining records.
– Support managers in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of employees.
– Help implement employee training and development programs.
– Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and performance reviews.

  1. HR Operations & Employee Engagement: 

– Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
– Support in organizing employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
– Assist in resolving employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
– Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Skills & Competencies: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and performance management.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software like oracle and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in handling recruitment and performance tracking is a plus.
