Ramu was an eight-year-old boy. One day, his
father bought him a tablet which had a lot of
games. From that day on, Ramu wanted to play
with the tablet all the time. But his mother would
let him play only after he finished his homework.
One morning, Ramu pretended to have stomach pain
so that he could take leave. He thought he could
play games the entire day. But his mother said she
will take him to the doctor. Ramu got scared and
confessed that he was only pretending. His mother
was shocked, but she did not scold him. She
explained why he should never lie and that school
and games are equally important. Ramu realised
his mistake and apologised to his mother.
